If you’ve used up your allocated development hours, any additional tasks will be charged at a flat rate of $20 per task, irrespective of its complexity or simplicity. We aim to maintain transparency and consistency in our billing to ensure there are no surprises.

The turnaround time varies based on the plan you’ve selected. For our Basic plan, tasks are completed within 48 hours. If you’re on the Pro plan, the completion time is 24 hours, and for those with the Bundle plan, tasks are prioritized and completed within just 12 hours. We’re committed to ensuring timely delivery as per the plan specifications.

There’s no cap on the number of tasks you can submit daily. We address tasks on a first-come, first-serve basis. As soon as the initial task request is completed, we’ll immediately move on to actioning the subsequent requests you’ve made. Our aim is to ensure consistent progress and prompt attention to all your needs.
